When you call, I (Tom) will be the one picking up the phone. I may do the work myself, although I have a few others on my team that I’ve known for a long time, and have a great deal of confidence and trust in. We’ll take good care of you! That’s my guarantee. I’ve been doing this type of work since I was 16 years old, and I don’t care to do the math to figure out how many decades that is.
